Right of Return

1. Right of Return
As a customer, you have the right to return goods within 14 days after receiving them, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. For the return to be valid, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be returned in its original packaging. The item must not have been used, and any tags or plastic packaging must remain intact.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us in writing via email or our contact form within 14 days after receiving the item. In your message, please include the order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. You will then have 14 days to send the item back.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made or marked as exceptions (e.g., hygiene products, downloadable goods, or sealed packaging that has been broken). Please note that these products cannot be returned.

4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order. We recommend returning items with tracking to ensure the return is received. We are not responsible for returns lost during transit.

5. Refund
